Ingredients (2 persons' portion)
- Slice the tuna fillet into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, lightly coat with flour, and skewer them.
- Heat the sesame and vegetable oils in a fry pan. Place the tuna in the pan, and fry until browned. Flip over and continue to fry. When cooked through, place on a dish.
- Put the sauce ingredients in the pan, and bring to a boil. Put the tuna prepared in 【2】, and coat with the sauce thoroughly.
- For garnish, cut vertically the two pieces of mioga into halves. Coat with the red miso and sprinkle on the white sesame. Bake in an oven toaster.
