Grilled chicken with shichimi pepper

Ingredients (2 persons' portion)
- Pierce the chicken thigh with a bamboo skewer or fork, and slice into easy-to-eat sizes.
- Coat the chicken prepared in 【1】 with the vegetable oil, and sprinkle on the shichimi pepper. Rub the chicken to make it absorb the shichimi.
- Heat a frying pan and place the chicken in it, skin-side down. When browned, flip the chicken over. Cover the pan, and continue to cook.
- When cooked through, pour on the mentsuyu so that the chicken is coated with the sauce completely.
