Egg fried rice

This is a staple Chinese dish. The foundation of fried rice.

Ingredients (1 persons' portion)

2 eggs
7-8 cm of green onion
1 bowl rice
Oil
About 1/4 teaspoons sea salt
pinch of pepper and soy sauce
  1. Beat the eggs and chop the green onion.
  2. Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan and put the beaten egg in.
  3. Add the rice when the egg is half cooked and fry it while breaking it up.
  4. Add the green onion, salt, and pepper and mix well as you fry it, and finally, add soy sauce from the surface and quickly move the fried rice to the serving dish.

Point & Advice

Teflon frying pan is used in the recipe. Add just a small amount of soy sauce, for flavor. The ingredients listed here are for a "1 person's portion." While it might be all right to make up to two servings at the same time, you might have trouble with the limitations of a household stove, so making single servings results in more delicious dishes.
