Ingredients (2 persons' portion)

2 salmon fillets
1/8th of an onion
a 1 cm piece of carrot
1/4 packet shimeji mushrooms
1 small king oyster mushroom
1 shiitake mushroom
1 cm lump of butter ×2
salt and pepper to taste
  1. Cut the onion, carrot and shiitake mushroom into thin strips, and cut the shimeji mushrooms and king oyster mushroom into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Place the salmon fillets, vegetables and mushrooms on a sheet of foil. Put the butter on top and sprinkle on salt and pepper. Wrap up into a foil packet, and bake until the salmon is just cooked through, about 10 minutes.

Point & Advice

You can eat this dish with soy sauce, ponzu sauce (citrus juice and soy sauce), tartar sauce, or lemon juice.
