Ingredients (2 persons' portion)

1 chicken breast
2 tablespoons sake
1 shiro-negi onion
pinch of salt and pepper
oil for cooking
1/2 lemon
  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Pour the sake over the chicken and knead gently.
  2. Cut the shiro-negi onion into 2.5 to 3 cm lengths to match the size of the chicken pieces.
  3. Skewer 【1】 and 【2】 in turns, and sprinkle on salt and pepper.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook 【3】. When cooked through, place on a dish and garnish with the lemon.
